I am FINALLY blogging 2021 weddings… a year later. It has been the busiest year of my life and I am officially done my school (Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach). So here we are, updating you all with the beautiful couples that I had the pleasure of photographing over the last year. I’ve known Lauren my entire life, and when I had met Andre, I knew they were soulmates.

I’ve been so lucky and honoured to have captured such epic life moments for this incredible couple. We tend to kick it up a notch at our sessions together and we always have the best times!!

The Eldred River

As I mentioned above, our sessions together are beyond epic. Both Andre + Lauren love exploring Powell River’s beautiful backyard (as do I) and boy did we adventure. Their engagement session was at Beartooth Falls where they also happened to get engaged a little while earlier. So naturally, we had to do their wedding photos at The Eldred River. If you haven’t been, you have to go one day. I’ve lived here my entire life, and this was my first time going. It legit took my breath away, it was so dang beautiful. The moss surrounding the floor of the forest was so vibrant with greenery, I felt like we were in a movie. Moments later, we hiked over to the river and I was speechless. We are so blessed to call this place home. And I am so lucky to call the Huiberts great friends, who also welcomed their newest family member, Maya Wesley this year!!
